David Van Dyke served as co-moderator of the Covenant Network during the passage of Amendment 10-A and 14-F, which respectively changed the Book of Order to allow the ordination of LGBTQ persons and same-sex marriage within the Presbyterian Church.

Description:
Deborah Block was in the first generation of women who were ordained in the United Presbyterian Church in the U.S.A. She graduated from Carroll College in 1974 and began ordained ministry in 1978 at Immanuel Presbyterian Church (Milwaukee, WI). Deborah became an advocate for LGBTQ rights at the 1978 General Assembly and went on to serve as co-moderator of the Covenant Network.

Description:
Timothy Hart-Andersen is a Presbyterian minister, a founding Board Member of the Covenant Network of Presbyterians, and one of the initiators of the NEXT Church movement. He was ordained by the Presbytery of Los Ranchos in 1985, and took the pastorate at Old First Presbyterian Church (San Francisco, Calif.) in 1990. Since 1999, he has served as pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church (Minneapolis, Minn.).

Description:
Daniel Vigilante graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2004, where he joined the student group Bisexual, Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Supporters (BGLASS). He was ordained by Westminster Presbyterian Church on August 25, 2013, becoming one of the first openly gay Presbyterian ministers to be ordained in Minnesota. In the early 2000s, he became actively involved in the Covenant Network, primarily working with Youth Advisory Delegates at General Assembly.

Description:
Scott Anderson interviewed by Samantha Piccolo (Presbyterian Historical Society, Director of Development). Anderson is a Presbyterian minister, serving as pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church (Madison, Wis.) since 2016. Born in Sacramento, California in 1955, Anderson was ordained in 1983. In 1990, a member of his congregation outed him, forcing him to set aside his ordination. He later served as executive director of the California Council of Churches, and executive director of the Wisconsin Council of Churches. In 2011, Anderson returned to ordained ministry.
