Text transcribed from caption: C-30724 STATUE OF POPE PIUS XII UNVEILED
VATICAN CITY -- A statue (left) to the memory of Pope Pius XII is unveiled in
a ceremony at the Vatican. Pope Paul VI, seated at right, described Pius XII
as a "wise and courageous pontiff." At center, Gregory Peter Cardinal
Agagianian, head of the Sacred Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith,
addresses the Pope. The statue was erected at the request of cardinals who
