Text transcribed from caption: HIS WORDS BECAME BATTLE CRY OF THE REVOLUTION #1782 RICHMOND, Va. -- On March 23, 1775, Patrick Henry uttered his impassioned plea, “Give me Liberty, or give me death” -- words which became famed throughout the world as the creed of the American Revolution.
