Text transcribed from caption: #S-4347 DISCUSS AMERICAN CHURCH YOUTH TRIPS TO GERMANY GENEVA -- Plans to bring groups of American church youth to Germany are discussed by Hayes Beall (left), director of youth activities in the education and religious affairs branch for the military government of the American zone in Germany, and Dr. Stewart Herman, Jr., assistant director of the reconstruction department of the World Council of Churches. Under the proposal, the Americans would work with young Germans on manual projects such as reconstruction. Mr. Beall is a former president of the National Council of Methodist Youth.
