Text transcribed from caption: #C-4603 SIOUX INDIANS ATTEND MASS DUBUQUE, Iowa -- This group of Sioux Indians from the Rosebud, S.D., reservation are welcomed by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. J. Fred Kriebs, pastor of the Sacred Heart church here, following their attendance at a regular Sunday Mass. Indians came to Dubuque for celebration of Iowa Centennial.
