Text transcribed from caption: FRENCH CARDINAL TO CELEBRATE 25TH ANNIVERSARY #c-3559 LYONS, France -- Elaborate preparations are being made here for the celebration of the 25th anniversary on June 29 of the ordination of Pierre Cardinal Gerlier, Archbishop of Lyons (above). A Pontifical High Mass will be sung by Cardinal Gerlier in Lyons Cathedral. An outspoken opponent of the Nazis during the occupation of France, Cardinal Gerlier was responsible for saving many Jewish children from falling to the hands of the Nazis.
