LOUIS -- Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., just before being notified that he had won the Nobel Peace Prize, addressed a dinner meeting of the unofficial Episcopal Society for Cultural and Racial Unity, held in connection with the 61st General Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church. Welcoming the noted Negro integration leader are Bishop George Cadigan of Missouri (left) and the Rev. John Morris, executive director of ESCRU.
