Norman Pell, former evangelism director for the Baptist Union of Victoria, Australia, and national director of the Christian Endeavor Movement in the country, has become a permanent member of Evangelist Billy Graham's organization. In recent months he has been working in Canada with the Rev. Leighton Ford, Mr. Graham's brother-in-law, and will direct a Leighton Ford Crusade in November in Vancouver.
