Clergy, religious and laity gathered at Salzburg Cathedral to view the works of some 100 Catholic and Protestant artists. - Text transcribed from caption: POPE HONORS VIENNA PRISON CHAPLAIN #c-3552 VIENNA -- Father Edward Koeck, chaplain of Lendesgericht I, Vienna’s largest prison, has been made a monsignor by Pope Pius XII in recognition of his spiritual efforts for political prisoners arrested during the Nazi regime.
