Ervin School in Dallas, has coached the last two national champions in the Reader's Digest Association-Boy Scouts of America speech contest. "When I was 16, I made a commitment to Christ that I would help the young," Alexander said. "For me, the best way to keep that commitment is to help kids learn to express their thoughts in words."
