- Description
- Text transcribed from caption: PC-32170 COMMUNIST THEORETICIAN ADDRESSES PEACE CONVOCATION NEW YORK -- The Soviet people “would be most favorably disposed to any negotiations for peace,” a leading Communist theoretician told the international Pacem in Terris Convocation in New York. Addressing the more than 1,500 religious leaders, government figures and political and social scientists is Nicolai N.
