Bridgeman, a veteran of 20 years service in the Near East, has joined the staff of Trinity Protestant Episcopal Church here. Canon Bridgeman, a native of New York, was Archdeacon of Syria and Lebanon of the Church of England and Honorary Canon of St. George’s Cathedral in Jerusalem. He taught at the Theological Seminary of the Armenian Patriarchate in Jerusalem and was American educational chaplain, representing the Episcopal Church.
