- Text transcribed from caption: PC-31601 PROTESTANT GUEST AT COUNCIL COLLAPSES VATICAN CITY -- Dr. Oscar Cullmann of Basel, a Protestant guest observer at the Vatican Council's third session, is carried away in a stretcher after he collapsed during opening ceremonies. He was taken to the first aid station at St. Peter's Basilica and after about an hour was driven to his Rome residence. His condition was described as not serious.
