- Text transcribed from caption: PC-30537 ECUMENISM: CONGREGATION LEVEL SEATTLE, Wash. -- An ecumenical first for Seattle: a Catholic priest teaches Sunday School at a Protestant church. Dr. Robert A. Thomas, left, minister of University Christian church, confers with Father Michael J. Taylor, S.J., who will lead a class of adults on 12 consecutive Sundays. Father Taylor, a Seattle University professor, is the author of "The Protestant Liturgical Renewal (A Catholic Viewpoint)," which has been well received throughout the country. Dr. Thomas invited the priest to conduct a course for the congregation's adults. Begun in early January, it is entitled: "Roman Catholicism, a Doctrinal Dialogue." - Text transcribed from caption: S-4081 POWDERED MILK TO AID LUXEMBOURGERS SEATTLE, Wash. -- Cases of powdered milk, part of a shipment of 43,440 pounds to aid the people of Luxembourg, are inspected by Gertrude L. Apel, Chester S. Ramsey and Arthur B. Langlie of Washington State United Church Overseas Relief. The shipment is equal to 195,480 quarts of reconstituted milk.
