- Text transcribed from caption: S-3986 ONE RACE--100 GRINNELL, Iowa -- The Rev. Seido Ogawa, of Hawaii, pins a button advocating racial democracy on the lapel of the Rev. T. M. Brumfield of the department of religious education, Fisk University, during an interval at the centennial convention of the Congregational Christian Churches at Grinnell College here. Button says “One Race--100,” commemorating the 100th anniversary of the American Missionary Association which has founded more than 500 schools and colleges for Negroes. Looking on are the Rev.
