- Text transcribed from caption: P-30570 CHURCH COLLEGES IN STUDENT EXCHANGE LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Three exchange students from Luther College, Decorah, Iowa, swap information about their school with three students and administrators of Philander Smith College for Negroes in Little Rock. The two groups of students are exchanging schools for the spring semester. Left to right are: Crawford J. Mims, college dean and liaison officer for Philander Smith students; Cecil L.
