- The Federal Council in Witherspoon Hall : This photograph, taken Friday morning, Dec. 4, includes nearly all the delegates. In the front row are the secretaries of the Council and the presiding officers. Nearest the aisle is Dr. E. B. Sanford. Then come L. H. Reynolds, C. D. Spencer, J. J. Summerbell, Asher Anderson, R. D. Lord, B. P. Fullerton, E. R. Hendrix, W. H. Roberts. In the second row near the aisle can be seen F. T. Rouse, C. L. Kloss, C. H. Richards and W. H. Ward.
