Recorded in the board room of the Presbyterian Historical Society, November 9, 1982. Also present, Jean Ware Hoyt Blake, William B. Miller, and Gerald Gillette. Conversation touches on anti-communism of the early 1950s, Blake's interactions with R. W. Scott McLeod and Joseph McCarthy. Includes account of Willem Visser 't Hooft's work with the Roman Catholic church.
