The building is the new headquarters of the Department of Reconstruction of the World Council of Churches, representing 88 Protestant and Eastern Orthodox communions in 29 countries. Dr. J. The group formed a new Division of Material Aid as part of the Reconstruction Committee. Left to right: Dr. Benjamin J. Bush, commissioner of the Presbyterian Church in the USA; Dr. W. A.
