Palestine 215 The refugee problem is largely a problem of youth, for the
total of 860,000 refugees more than half are below sixteen years old. At this
school a lesson in Arabic is going on. This school in the Dekwani [Dekwaneh]
camp in Lebanon has 155 pupils who need books, stationery, and blackboards.
