Text transcribed from "History of the Korea mission : Presbyterian Church
U.S.A., 1884-1934": Kwang Hei Won, House of Extended Grace. Originally the
residence of Hong Yung Sik whose picture appears opposite page 43, it was
here that Dr. Allen opened the Royal Korean Hospital in 1885. This picture
was taken in 1934. The building is now used as a Dormitory by the Higher
Common School for Korean Girls.
