Correspondence of Henry Roe Cloud, a Ho-Chunk Native American and
Presbyterian minister. Primarily correspondence with E. E. Olcott, President
of the Hudson River Day Line. Includes correspondence with Mary Wickham Roe,
Henry Roe Cloud's adoptive mother, and with William Bancroft Hill of Vassar
College. Some correspondence relate to illnesses circulating among the
students at the school and to donations received on behalf of the American
Indian Institute.
