Description:
Text transcribed from script: These are the IVth Grade boys working at their
class project which is not playing store but is a real vegetable bazaar. This
class manages the whole business of receiving from the boys who own
individual plots (about 100) the vegetables to be sold, and offering them for
sale to the school food committee and to the families on the school compound,
including the missionaries. Market prices are charged and the class make no
profits. The keep careful accounts including charge and cash accounts, settle
up at the end of the month and pay each plot owner what is due. The boys in
the back are building a shop and store room to hold vegetables. Practically
all the arithmetic work and much of the other work is derived from this
project.
