Advertisements both for and against the passage of "Amendment A." The proposed amendment asked those who were called to office in the church to live "in obedience to Jesus Christ, under the authority of Scripture and instructed by the historic confessional standards of the church." Advertisements in favor of the amendment were supported by The Covenant Network of Presbyterians and the advertisements against it were supported by The Presbyterian Coalition.
