Title:Description:On Friday evening, June 10, 1983 at 8:37 o'clock during an historic Service of the Holy Communion, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) was formally constituted marking the reunion of the two largest Presbyterian denominations which had been separated for 122 years since the Civil War. Some 14,000 people participated in the Communion Service, served by 449 Elders and 35 Ministers. Music was by a 680 voice choir from churches in the Atlanta area.Creator:Presbyterian Lay Committee.
