Members of the Mission Farm staff.
Members of the Mission Farm staff compare a fine American rooster with one of the local varieties. Six hundred baby chicks were flown by Pan-American Clipper Cargo from New York to Damascus in February, 1949. Now grown to maturity they are ready to reproduce themselves -- with the aid of two new incubators -- for distribution throughout Syria.
