Text transcribed from caption: P-30387 WORLD MISSION POLICIES EXAMINED MEXICO CITY -- A $3 million fund campaign to support accelerated Christian literature programs in Asia, Africa and Latin America was approved in Mexico City by the Commission on World Mission and Evangelism of the World Council of Churches. Dr. Johannes Blauw of Hilversum, Holland, (left photo) who headed an exploratory committee for the new literature plan, addresses the group of some 200 Protes-tant and Orthodox churchmen attending the Commission sessions. The meeting also featured several workshops on various phases on missions and evangelism. Dr. Kathleen Bliss (right), head of the WCC’s Division of Ecumenical Action and the Board of Education of the Church of England, leads a group discussing the Christian approach to intellectuals.
