Carrying placards, the clergy demonstrated at a Rockville, Md., high school rally featuring Gov. George C. Wallace of Alabama. Gov. Wallace, carrying his campaign into several Northern states, was on the Democratic ballot in the Maryland Presidential Primary. Noted Democrats, including Sen.
