Queen Elizabeth at church service.
Text transcribed from caption: #P-15585. QUEEN ELIZABETH AT CHURCH SERVICE. AUCKLAND, N.Z. -- Queen Elizabeth II attended a worship service in the Cathedral Church of St. Mary here during her tour of the British Commonwealth Nations. She is shown on the grounds of the Cathedral with Anglican Bishop William John Simkin of Auckland. During the service, the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh stood, with some 800 others in the congregation, for a moment of silent prayer for those who died or were injured when a holiday express train toppled from a flood-weakened bridge on Christmas Eve in one of New Zealand's worst railroad disasters.
