BLACK EXPO

NEW YORK--The Rev. Robert Owens, a Baptist minister from

Brooklyn who heads the Gospel Chords Program, displays his organiza-

tion's first long-playing record, "Happy Today" by the Echoes of

Harmony, during International Black Expo in New York. The three-

day exposition, sponsored by Operation Breadbasket, the economic

arm of the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, was designed

to bring black people together to deal with common problems, to

give black businesses contacts with major corporations and to provide

a showcase for black enterprises.
