Kennedy is greeted at Washington by delegates to the biennial Interfederal Assembly of Pax Romana. With him are Joseph Sey Guannu of Sanniquellie, Liberia, and Miss Olga Emilia Brenes of San Jose, Costa Rica. Mr. Kennedy told delegates there is a great need for college students to realize their responsibility in the fields of social justice and community service. - Text transcribed from caption: C-30712 PRIEST-PSYCHOLOGIST ADDRESSES YOUTH ON ALCOHOL NEW YORK -- Father George Hagmaier, C.S.P., associate director of the Paulist Institute for Religious Research and a psychotherapist, chats informally with a group of students at a New York forum on "Teens and Alcohol -- What to Do About It?" With the priest is Kyle Rote, former New York Giants football star, who moderated a panel discussion. Father Hagmaier told the young people that although social drinking must be accepted as a fact of life, those who drink to solve their problems are potential alcoholics.
