- Description
- Text transcribed from caption: 3908 JERUSALEM LUTHERAN CHURCH JERUSALEM -- Historic Church of the Redeemer, largest Lutheran house of worship in Palestine, is viewed through a street arch in the old, walled-in-section of the city. Its congregation comprises the small colony of Germans who reside in the Holy Land. Other Lutheran churches are used by Arab converts. In the background, right, can be seen the dome of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Credit Must Read: RELIGIOUS NEWS SERVICE PHOTO (GS-JER-BS-6B-6-L)
